The Castle

Not many college students can say that they have a real-life castle on their campus, and even fewer can say that they actually got to live in one. Thanks to Usen Castle, the kings and queens of Brandeis can boast about both. The oldest building on campus is open as a housing option to sophomore year students and is also home to Cholmondeley’s (Chum’s to the locals), Brandeis’s coffeehouse, and late-night snack bar.

Shapiro Campus Center

The Shapiro Campus Center at Brandeis University is a vibrant hub of student life and activity, embodying the spirit of community and diversity that defines the university. Nestled at the heart of the campus, the Shapiro Campus Center is not just a building but a dynamic space where students come together to learn, connect, and engage in a wide range of activities.

Bubble Soccer

Ever seen this new recreation activity Bubble Soccer? It’s actually an intramural sport at Brandeis! There were 18 teams who competed last year for the “Bubble Bursters” championship title.
